Glamour & Glitz was truly a magical experience from start to finish. As a long time performer but burlesque ametuer - I felt seen and so grateful for opportunities to hit the stage. The production team created a space that was not only organized and seamless, but also full of warmth, encouragement, and genuine artistry. As a Black performer, I felt celebrated in every way - and it is so key for BIPOC artist to be seen in the space of burlesque that was rooted in emancipation and Black liberation. The energy backstage was vibrant, the crowd was electric, and the vibes were undeniable. Cheers to more shows!!
